I leaned in to help the Heritage London Foundation build its digital presence by kicking off its Centennial Week Celebration in the Fall of 2017. I promoted a series of events that lasted for 5 weeks, leaving the organization with a blog format and an email marketing framework for all future events.

Now it conducts regular email campaigns to earn donations for the preservation of its heritage properties.

300+ Leads Unlocked

The HLF’s contact list sat in word documents and physical contact books. I put it into a CRM and segmented it, where the organization could tailor its messaging to each group for maximum sales, setting the new gold standard for events.

35% Open Rate Over 5 Weeks

I launched the HLF’s first-ever email campaign and sustained a strong open rate across all 5 weeks of the event series, including 4 different events in that time. The emails also sustained an average click-through rate of 7.5%.

$1,200 in Event Sales (300% R.O.I.)

The email marketing system I introduced directed leads toward Eventbrite pages with built-in eCommerce functionality. We sold $1,200 in tickets to support the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate and Grosvenor Lodge.
