Helping a new real estate agent break into Guelph’s competitive real estate market.

Brand-New Website

I helped Lisa choose a template on Squarespace so that she could hit the ground running with her new look, and then update it easily on her own in the future. We infused it with an approachable tone and LGBTQ-friendly messaging to set her apart from the rest of Guelph’s real estate agents.

Local Cornerstone Content

More than just an outlet for design, websites should also generate and convert traffic. I wrote a gigantic guide for first-time home buyers in Guelph to do just that. The guide ranks on page 1 of Google’s search results for our longtail keyword, and it has helped to close the deal on several sales within months.

Lead Generation Mechanisms

I set up the website to capture interested leads at every step of the Customer Journey, especially with the content. Lisa’s website answers leads’ home-buying questions in their hour of need, then facilitates contact for them to get deeper answers right away from Lisa herself.

The results of the project

Lisa took the website and ran with it, putting herself on the industry’s radar in short order. Colleagues loved the website as much as clients.

Lisa leveraged the website to expand into selling higher-end homes in neighbouring cities, and now she uses the cornerstone content as a part of her onboarding process.

Creating my own website seemed so daunting! I honestly didn’t know where to start. Finding the right person to help me with it was even more stressful! When I met Andrew, my stress went away almost instantly. He explained why websites are important, key things I should have, and really helped me understand SEO.

Putting together a website is a task and with my busy schedule it seemed impossible. Andrew took over creating my website, the design and layout are beautiful and works well for my business.
