Equipping a local non-profit with a digital marketing funnel for event-based fundraising and ticket sales.

Project highlights include:

300+ Leads Unlocked

The contact list sat unused in word documents and books. I put it into a CRM and segmented it, where the organization could tailor its messaging to each group for maximum event sales. Every campaign can be targeted now.

35% Open Rate Over 5 Weeks

I launched the HLF’s first-ever email campaign and sustained a strong open rate across all 5 weeks of the event series, including 4 different events in that time. The emails also sustained an average click-through rate of 7.5%.

$1,200 in Event Sales

The email marketing system I introduced directed leads toward Eventbrite pages with built-in eCommerce functionality. We sold $1,200 in tickets to support the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate and Grosvenor Lodge.

Heritage London Foundation was able to move forward with a new blog format to announce its events as well as tools and a process framework to conduct email marketing campaigns.

HLF used its built-in CRM to create a segmented database of its leads and donors to create cost-effective campaigns that will sustain its two heritage properties for years to come.
